Robert Putt

Robert L. Putt, Sr., of Enola, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at his home.

He was employed by F. M. Oppel of Enola and was a former employee of York Building Products. He was a member and former Deacon of the Enola First Church of God.

Robert was a very loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed working in his garage, listening to bluegrass music and being with family.

Surviving are his wife, Kathleen (Orris) Putt; two sons, Robert L. Putt, Jr., and wife, Lynn of Enola, and Jeffrey L. Putt and wife, Kate of Loganville; his mother, Mary Putt of Enola; three sisters, Sue Wells and husband, Mike of New Castle, Molly Dobrinoff and husband, Mike of Dillsburg and Dolly Sunday and husband, Jim, also of Dillsburg; a brother, Jack Putt and wife, Melinda of Elliottsburg; and four grandchildren, Lee, Cassie, Lilia and Kyle Putt. He was preceded in death by his father, John Putt.

A viewing will be held from 9-11 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2006 at the Enola First Church of God, 9 Sherwood Drive, Enola. A memorial service celebrating his life will begin at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2006 at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Enola First Church of God, 9 Sherwood Drive, Enola, PA 17025 or to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, P.O. Box 266, Enola, PA 17025.
