Nancy A. Granger, age 72, of Erie, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014, at her residence. She was born in Erie on January 20, 1942, daughter of the late Robert and Myrna Brooks Morrison.
Nancy was one of Jehovah's Witnesses – Pineview Congregation. She was employed with a private cleaning service, with fellow Jehovah's Witnesses. She enjoyed cooking, oil painting, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Granger; an infant son, Johnny Granger; and a brother, Timothy Morrison. Nancy is survived by three daughters, Denise Gregory, Laura Justice (Jim), and Jewel Smith; one son, Robert Granger, all of Erie; three grandchildren, Angela Pannuti, Jeffrey Smith, and Julian Smith; one sister, Susan Perrine (Dave); and two brothers, Terry Morrison and Charles Morrison, all of Erie. Six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
No calling hours will be observed. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Monday, July 21st at 5:00 p.m., at the Jehovah's Witnesses – Pineview Congregation, 1659 E. Grandview Blvd. Private interment will be at Erie County Memorial Gardens. The Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., is in charge of arrangements.
