Dolores J. “Dee” Kubacki Dolores J. “Dee” Kubacki, age 65 of Erie, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2009 unexpectedly.

She was born in Erie on April 10, 1943, daughter of the late John and Frances Bielak Kubacki.

A resident of Erie her entire life, Dee was a graduate of the former Academy High School. She had been employed with Hamot Medical Center as a medical records analyst for 17 years retiring in 2008. Dee enjoyed reading, traveling and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Dawn Czigler, Christopher Czigler and Becky Hawkins and her husband John, all of Erie; three grandchildren, Victoria, Jason and Cassie; three brothers, Jack and his wife Jeannette, Mark and his wife Kay, and Bruce Kubacki; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
